The Wellness Plus Centre at The Thai Red Cross AIDS Research Centre acknowledges the importance of promoting long-term health and well-being in persons with HIV infection and decreasing the stigma associated with HIV by offering comprehensive health care services to all, regardless of HIV status. Sexual health services encompass the following objectives: 1) screen, diagnose and treat STDs, 2) screen for anal and cervical cancers, and 3) promote safe sex behavior

This substudy will investigate the interaction between HIV, HPV, mucosal immunity and anal/cervical cancer in HIV positive and HIV negative men and women utilizing stored genital samples.
